Shibumi Yoga School
200hr Teacher Training

February – August 2027

What to Expect

Siobhan’s playful and embodied approach to Vinyasa yoga weaves together the ancient wisdom of yoga with a modern, accessible path of practice and self-discovery.

This 200-hour teacher training course invites creativity, curiosity, and presence across key disciplines of yoga:

  • Asana (postures),
  • Meditation,
  • Breathwork,
  • Philosophy,
  • & Self-Inquiry.

Through a balanced and grounded structure, students will develop a deep understanding of both body and mind. You’ll explore anatomy, alignment, and asana in depth, while also cultivating awareness through pranayama (breathwork), mindful meditation, mantra (affirmations), and mudra (hand gestures).

Whether you’re looking to teach or simply deepen your personal practice, this
journey will support you in becoming a confident and authentic practitioner – and if
you choose, an inspiring yoga teacher.

Teaching Style

Siobhan’s teaching draws from a broad range of traditions, including Vinyasa, Restorative, Somatic Yoga, Classical Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Ayurveda, and Yoga Nidra.

Her style is breath-led, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that yoga is a personal and evolving practice that supports physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Her approach emphasises accessibility and inclusivity, making the practice welcoming for all bodies and levels of experience.

Siobhan teaches from lived experience, inviting students into a space of exploration, transformation, and integrity – guided by the belief that yoga, when practised with commitment and authenticity, is a powerful path to self-awareness and fulfilment.

Shibumi Yoga School’s 200-Hour Online Teacher Training is immersive yet flexible, designed to meet students where they are, while providing the structure and support to grow as practitioners and teachers.
